Doctor Who 30 Day Challenge: Day 02 (re-do) - Your Favorite Classic Series Episode (Pt.2) - The Seeds of Death (Second Doctor)

The Seeds of Death is the third to last serial of the Second Doctor, it includes Two and his companions Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot.  Something strange has happened on the moon, all contact has been lost with Moonbase and since T-mat is the only form of transportation through space they have no way of making it up there.  Soon the Ice Warriors come forward and announce their plans of world domination through oxygen absorbing plants which they send to Earth.  The Doctor along with his companions risk their lives to help stop the Ice Warriors from killing all life on Earth.  This serial is perfect.  It has The Ice Warriors, it has great model shots, sets, and costumes.  I love the idea of the story and they make it seem quite possible which I think makes it a bit creepier and awesome-er.  Oh and did I mention it has the Ice Warriors??
